Frequently Asked Questions

  • Mat Classes: Wear comfortable attire that allows you to move your neck, arms, and legs fully. Tuck the shirt front into the top of the pants.

    Equipment class: Grip socks are required. You can purchase them in the studio before class or bring them from home. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Workout clothes and loungewear are suitable.

    For safety, do not wear jewelry, scarves, or hooded tops. Do not use perfume or body oil. Do not use cough drops or gum.

    Hair: Those with long hair must keep it tied up away from the springs.

  • Peaks Body Method offers workouts and exercises for all levels.

    1. First, build your Kit. A fitness mat (1/4 inch and up) with a beach blanket is the best to protect the spine, wrists, elbows, and knees, especially when training outdoors.

    2. The blanket is to go under your mat and will extend the life of your equipment.

    3. Pilates workout rings are provided.

    4. Bundle your outdoor essentials: SPF, sunglasses, windbreaker jacket.

      • There is a restroom on-site.

  • Updated: 6/25 As a small business, the policies ensure a high quality of service.

    I understand that all appointments for classes and sessions must be made in advance.

    This season, day passes are only available to returning clients. Class series passes have a two-month expiration.

    I understand that all payments are to be prepaid.

    I understand that all sales are final. There are no refunds for paid services.

    I understand that 24 24-hour notice must be given when canceling scheduled appointments, and a 12-hour notice for equipment group classes.

    If I do not cancel 24 hours in advance, for whatever reason, I will be responsible for 100% of the service. I will lose the full amount of 1 class credit from a class card.

  • Peaks Body by Michelle Mola will collect all the data required for processing your order and will only use it for this purpose. We are committed to maintaining your privacy.

    For our mailing lists, we use your personal information (such as name, surname, and e-mail address) to inform you about the brands’ news, upcoming presentations, and sale information, through periodic newsletters sent by e-mail. We commit to never sharing any of your contact information with any third party or other organizations.

  • • Peaks Body reserves the right to cancel at our discretion.

  • • Promotional coupons are offered from time to time for Individual Passes and Private Sessions.

    • Passes are not eligible for promotional codes.

    • Unless otherwise specified, Gift Cards never expire.

  • • When a fee is due, Peaks Body is authorized to invoice your account, then collect payment for services by the billing terms in effect. If the payment card cannot work for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the services.

    • Peaks Body reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods.

    • Also, we reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time by providing you with at least a 14-day notice period. The agreement starts the following billing cycle.
