TEIA Mat Classes

Location: TEIA Clubhouse, 14 Trefethan Ave. Peaks Island
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8 a.m. from June 24 to August 23. Join us for Pilates on the Deck every Tuesday and Thursday in September.

Description: Start your day on a high note with our all-level Pilates mat class. Expect energizing music, uplifting instruction, and a welcoming atmosphere. Bring your mat or request a complimentary rental in advance.

Pricing:

• Day Pass: $23 ($20 for TEIA members)

• 4-ClassCard: $80 ($68 for TEIA members)

• 8-ClassCard: $160 ($136 for TEIA members)

• Class credits expire on September 30, 2025.

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Unregister up to one day before class to avoid losing credit (equal to the entire amount of 1 class).

• Missed class? Access a recording for a limited time.

• Reserve your spot early; space is limited to the first 12 participants.
