This hour focuses on the internal rotation of the legs to find a full range of motion. Learn how to relieve tight muscles for healthier hips and hamstrings. Plus, The Fab Five abs workout. We also do one of my favorite mat exercises, The Single Leg Circle, with an advanced variation.

Relax and relieve anxiety, stress, or tension. This hour resets the body, mind, and soul so we can do anything. Or let's see what we can do today. I got a mood boost from this one. I hope it helps you too.
Each placement of the core (and prop) is fundamental to assist breathing well. Carving out a moment for breathwork is the wise way to progress. Play in the sandbox with a roller to wind down at the end of practice. Or join me for a leg stretch with a belt.

This hour, we practice gains from least to most challenging.
Breathwork + fab five abs workout continues.
Bridge: from two feet to one.
Boat: move high (easy) to low (more challenging).
Rocker: stretch your abs and chest.
Forearm Plank: add a hip twist.
You did it! Six hours under your belt, more strength, new skills, making room to grow. Job well done.
