Good morning!
This hour is giving you Hip lifts, Donkey kicks, Pike push-ups, and so much more.
Today I’m holding class from Rockland, Maine. I found a pair of light weights and some beach towels (as a substitute for a yoga block) at the place I’m renting. Use what you’ve got. to keep going!
See you in a couple of days.

As promised, we focus on releasing tension in the hips and legs. So, Part 4 of 6 includes 30 minutes of things you can do with a full-size foam roller. Then there is some time for balancing on the prop with light weights. If you don’t have a foam roller, (skip Chapters 2 & 3). Enjoy Chapter 1, then jump ahead to Chapter 4.
After self-healing massage (w/ foam roller), drink plenty of water and rest.

As you may already know, we lost internet access several minutes before our scheduled group workout time due to a service disruption by the internet provider around the Peaks Island community. Then I took a few of your calls and messages and rolled out the mat to record the class as planned. I missed you! Please enjoy the last workout of the month and return to watch it here for 30 days.
Since the start of 2023, there have been 12 hours of Pilates as a group. Biggest thank you for making these first few months of the year some of our best classes. I welcome your messages during the pause for rest. And look forward to seeing you again Saturday, Mar 4th.
Ready for March?
